Clear information about UK delivery, dispatch times, cancellations and returns.

Free UK delivery

We offer free UK delivery on orders of £25 or more. Orders under £25 are charged a flat rate of £2.99 unless a different rate is shown at checkout.

Dispatch times

Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday via Royal Mail. Parcels are taken to the delivery office before 10am. Orders placed after 10am are normally prepared for the next dispatch.

Delivery times

UK deliveries typically arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch. We do not currently offer international delivery through this website.

Returns

Items should be unused, complete and in their original condition where possible. Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide return instructions. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
