Are your products imported from Japan?
Our fabrics, vintage goods, kimonos, sashiko craft supplies, hand tools and vintage tools are sourced from Japan through manufacturers, suppliers and specialist sources.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday via Royal Mail. Parcels are taken to the delivery office before 10am. Orders placed after 10am are normally prepared for the next dispatch.
Is UK delivery free?
UK delivery is free when the order value is £25 or more. Orders under £25 are charged £2.99 unless a different rate is shown at checkout.
Can I return an item?
Please contact us before sending a return so we can confirm the appropriate instructions. Returned goods should be unused, complete and in their original condition where possible.
