Our core sashiko threads, needles, tools and textiles are sourced from established Japanese manufacturers and suppliers.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday via Royal Mail. Parcels are taken to the delivery office before 10am. Orders placed after 10am are normally prepared for the next dispatch.

UK delivery is free when the order value is £25 or more. Orders under £25 are charged £2.99 unless a different rate is shown at checkout.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can confirm the appropriate instructions. Returned goods should be unused, complete and in their original condition where possible.
