You must use the website lawfully and must not misuse it, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it in a harmful way, or use it to transmit malicious code.

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website where necessary.

Product information

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and photography.

Product availability, descriptions and prices may change. If we discover an error in a product, price or order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy the products in your basket. An order is accepted when we confirm it or dispatch the goods.

We may refuse or cancel an order where products are unavailable, payment is not authorised, we suspect fraud or misuse, or there is an obvious error in price or description.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, taxes and any other charges shown at checkout form part of the total order price.

Payment is processed through Shopify checkout and its supported payment providers. We do not store full card details on our own systems.

Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Intellectual property

The website design, text, product photography, branding, graphics and other content are owned by us or our licensors unless stated otherwise. You may use the website for personal shopping and browsing, but you must not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our content without permission.

The website may link to third-party sites or use third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery services, review providers and analytics tools. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services except where required by law.
