Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains your cancellation, return and refund rights.

Change-of-mind cancellations

For most online purchases, UK consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, contact us within 14 days of delivery. You then have 14 days from telling us you wish to cancel to return the goods.

Condition of returned items

Returned items must be unused, complete, clean and in their original packaging where possible. You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

We may reduce a refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage unless we agree otherwise.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will cover reasonable return postage or provide another suitable solution.

Refund timing

Once we receive the returned goods, or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, we will process any refund due within 14 days.

Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will offer a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy in line with your legal rights.

Exclusions

We do not currently list any product-specific exclusions from the standard returns policy. If this changes, the exclusion will be made clear on the relevant product page.
