Shipping Policy

We aim to pack and dispatch orders promptly from the UK.

UK delivery

We offer free UK delivery on orders of GBP 25 or more. Orders under GBP 25 are charged a flat delivery rate of GBP 2.99 unless a different rate is shown at checkout.

UK orders are usually sent by Royal Mail or another suitable delivery service. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available.

Dispatch times

Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday via Royal Mail. Parcels are taken to the delivery office before 10am. Orders placed after 10am are normally prepared for the next dispatch.

Dispatch times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, holidays or events outside our control.

Delivery times

UK orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery service and destination.

International delivery

We do not currently offer international delivery through this website.

Incorrect addresses and failed delivery

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, we may ask you to pay the cost of re-delivery unless the issue was caused by our error.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us through the Contact page. We will investigate with the delivery provider and help resolve the issue.
